Challenge

As Senior Designer for The Boston Group, I led development for high-level creative across advertising, internal communications, and specialty projects within a highly regulated and technical industry for more than 7 years.

A woman is holding up a colorful poster with a robot illustration and racing theme for Raytheon's "Sum of All Thrills" celebration. There is also a 3D robot figure in front on a blue display surface with the event logo.

Strategy

Translate complex aerospace and defense innovations into visually compelling, strategically aligned creative while adhering to strict brand and compliance standards.

Execution

• National and trade advertising campaigns including augmented reality ad for Disney’s Sum of All Thrills by Raytheon

• Internal engagement campaigns for initiatives like Six Sigma

• Technical visual communication brochures and one sheets

• Specialty custom printed pieces for outreach

• When Raytheon needed photography to support its LA-RICS initiative, stock imagery wasn't an option. Working remotely from Boston, I sourced and art directed a custom Los Angeles photo shoot, coordinating photographers, talent, uniforms, locations, and licensing to create a campaign asset library used for years across billboards, advertising, presentations, and traveling vehicle graphics.

Impact

The structured design system enabled consistent global implementation while supporting flexible partner customization. The system allowed international teams to create on-brand graphics as the company grew.
